With over two decades of experience in educational leadership, I have had the privilege of serving in roles that strengthened school improvement systems, elevated teaching standards, and fostered high-performing, student-centred learning environments. My work has consistently focused on curriculum enhancement, raising attainment levels, building strong teacher capacity, and ensuring compliance with KHDA and international benchmarks. Throughout my career, I have championed collaborative leadership, data-driven decision making, and inclusive practices that ensure every learner thrives.
